Discipline is the most important character trait to process. Individuals need it as well as nations. Without the discipline the world with totter. During the second World War (according to the history book), England could not have survived the daily bombings without the individual discipline of its people, Londoners went to the shelters at night, not knowing whether their homes would still be standing in the morning. But yet, they kept on living. This is discipline. No army could march unless it was under discipline. No company could operate successfully unless its stuff was under discipline. With discipline comes organization, strength of purpose , determination and success. Without discipline , there is disorganization, confusion and failure.
