My 2 in 1 Shampoo

I’ve been using that 2 in 1 shampoo but i don’t know if it is healthy to use. This 2 in 1 shampoo contains both Shampoo and conditioner together in one sachet or bottle. I just don’t know which of the two has the greater amount and i am not so sure as well if it is healthy to apply shampoo and conditioner at the same time. Before, i apply shampoo first and then rinse it with water and after washing out all the shampoo, that’s the time that i will be applying the hair conditioner. So far, i didn’t feel any bad and my hair still having the same condition but i didn’t feel any improvement either.  I don’t know if it’s healthy but i guess i will rather go back to my old routine than taking the risk of using this 2 in 1 shampoo. How about you guys, have you ever used this kind of 2 in 1 shampoo? Feel free to share your thoughts.
