Newest Craze in Cavite : Onyang’s Street Wings!

The people of Cavite City recently found a new hang out place! Onyang’s Street Wings is a newly opened Chicken Joint in Cavite City. The restaurant has other branches in Laguna (Calamba, Los Baños), other parts of Cavite (Naic,) and also in Batangas.
Onyang’s Street Wings Cavite City recently opened last November. The chicken joint is located in Caridad Cavite City (just in front of the Ladislao Diwa Elementary School and beside the Bautista Hospital. The place is spacious enough to accommodate 15 to 17 small groups. There are at least 16 tables including those in the upper crib (mezzanine). Since Onyangs is currently the most in demand chicken joint in Cavite city today, it is always jam-packed with so many people.

Luckily, the crowd was not that overwhelming when we get there. As far as the ambiance is concerned, there was nothing really special to marvel and they might need to improve their ventilation too (well, considering that they offer extremely spicy chicken wings, you may find yourself sweating real hard haha).

You don’t have to browse on their menu as everything is posted on their walls. You can see the huge tarps showcasing everything the chicken joint has to offer. Onyang’s Street Wings offers a wide range of dishes. Aside from their signature Chicken wings which are available in wide range of flavors, they also offer other meals like burgers, fries, pizzas and shakes.

Interestingly, they also offer Olarte’s Pizza. I’m not sure though if the restaurant is affiliated to this retailer pizza stand.

A view from the mezzanine area. They may not have that cozy ambiance to offer but their signature meals make Onyang’s Street Wings a stand out! They offer generous amount of servings in a very affordable price!

I’ve already been here twice.   We first tried their burgers and a pinch of their signature Chicken wings.

We finally tried their Chicken Wings on our second visit. Their chicken wings are available in nine different flavors. Including the Atomic (the spiciest), Wild Buffalo, Hot Buffalo, Korean Soy, Honey Bbq, Mango Habanero, Garlic Parmesan, Flaming Cheese and Soy Garlic. Take note that the maximum amount of flavors per order is two.

How To Get to Onyang’s Street Wings Cavite City
If you are coming from Manila, you can ride on any transit bus (Saulog or Saint Anthony) that is bound directly to Cavite City. (they have terminals in HK Plaza and they have stop overs in Lawton and Baclaran). Ask the driver to drop you off to Mcdonalds Cavite City. From there, ride a jeepney bound to either San Antonio or PN and ask the driver to drop you off to Ladislao Diwa Elementary School or the Bautista Hospital

You can also ride a PUV van from the terminal in MOA. Just ask the driver to drop you off to Ladislao Diwa Elementary School or the Bautista Hospital
