The Feast of the Black Nazarene in Cavite

Nope this is not in Quiapo Church. The picture was taken few weeks ago as we attended the Feast of the Black Nazarene here in Cavite City. Unlike the Feast of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo which is traditionally celebrated every 9th of January, the one we have here in Cavite is not too crowded. This is my first time to attend such event and it was truly a heartwarming experience. We had to walk for kilometers barefooted. The Black Nazarene is known for being so miraculous and there were so many devotees who used to attend such event every year. Honestly, despite of the heat and weight of the rope that I am carrying, I never felt so tired and I feel more blessed after reaching the church. Jesus sacrificed Himself for us and we must always thank Him for saving from our sins. May God bless you guys ^_^

There's a Black Nazarene at San Roque Parish Church (located in front of the Manuel Rojas Elementary School) and another one in Aglipay Church located near the new Bautista Hospital
