Emotion Destroys Rational Thinking

The quickest way to make bad decision is to decide on something when you are emotionally distraught. When you are hostile, anxious, fearful or angry, you cannot think rationally. Your thinking po9wers are unable to function with any degree of clarity. Learn to postpone all important decision making until you have had an ample time to calm down and can see things from another angle. Many times, problem situations are not as bad as they appear to be.Perhaps the wrong facts have been presented or someone swayed you with a false point of view. Take your time, slow down, see the problem in its true light before you pass judgement on it.
