Home School or Public School?

Have you ever consider taking a home school for your kiddos? This has been an ongoing topic whether or not to send your kids to a public school or have their lectures and studies at home. Of course, public schools are very much advisable considering that they will help your child not just to learn his academic lessons but also to improve his or her social skills. We all know that once you go to a public school, it involves social interaction between your child and his or her fellow classmates and teachers. In addition to that, public schools can offer some useful and educational extra curricular activities for your kids including sports and other outdoor activities.

On the other hand, Home schooling has a very interesting approach for your kids too. Your tutor can focus more on you and can track down your progress and areas of improvements. Since it is more like a One on one session between your child and his mentor, thenĀ  chances are, your kid will learn more in just a short period of time. It will also help to keep your child from some sort of negative influences brought by his peers or even prevent him from bullying. However, home schooling is not a permanent solution for your child’s educational needs considering that it has lot of limitations compare to what public schools can offer. You might consider this as a partial stage for your kids especially if they are not ready yet to enter a public school.

Interestingly, you can take both methods at the same time. After all, home school today is done in a highly innovative way through Internet. Tutorhub, for example is a website that offers an online tutorial service for your kids. The site allows you to find a tutor that is suitable for your child’s educational needs.
