Inipit Cake Pops And Inipit Cake Balls! #NoLimitWithInipit
Me and my siblings grew up loving the Lemon Square products! Our Mom used to have them as our “Baon” when we were kids and it is absolutely a perfect “merienda” for everyone! Now that I’m 27, I’m still patronizing their product and never get tired of them. Whether it is for merienda, midnight snack or when I am on my way at work, I’ll definitely have a Lemon Square with me! Some of my personal favorite includes Lemon Square Butterscotch , Lava Cake and of course the fluffy Lemon Square Inipit Cake Sandswich. Interestingly, you can actually take this delicious pastries into a higher level and turn them into a scrumptious dessert much like what we did with Lemon Square Inipit! We would like to share you our very own “Inipit Cake Pops” and “Inipit Cake Balls’. Enjoy!
This is actually a part of #NoLimitWithInipit: Make Your Own Lemon Square Inipit Dessert Contest and right after we saw the mechanics, we already have this kind of recipe in our minds. We are going to transform the Inipit Cake Sandwich to Inipit Cake Pops and Inipit Cake Balls. Making such recipe will not just bring out the baker in you but will also bring out the inner kid in yourself. It’s definitely “Sarap maging kid with Inipit!”
Here are the Ingredients you need for both Inipit Cake Pops and Inipit Cake balls.
- 1 Pack of Assorted Inipit (You can choose your desired flavor but we prefer assorted so we can taste random flavors at once)
- 1 Can Condensed Milk ( only half of it will be consumed but you can use the rest for toppings)
- 1 Pack medium-sized Marshmallows
- Sprinkles (different colors)
- Crushed nuts
- Mik-Mik powder (Yes! We love Mik Mik but you can substitute it with confectioner sugar or your favorite powdered milk)
- Cake pop sticks (wood or plastic)
The more Sprinkles or toppings you have, the more variety of Cake pops you can produce.
Lemon Square Inipit has six flavors including Custard, Chocolate, Queso, Pandan, Ude Pastillas De Leche, and Lemon.
Procedure:
Unpack all the Inipit Cake Sandwiches and put them all in one bowl
Crush the sandwiches either by fork or by hand and mix them all together.
Now pour at least 150ml of Condensed milk (almost half of the standard 300ml can)
Mix them all until you get a dough-like texture.
Since we are aiming for two different desserts, you can start molding big and small (bite-sized) balls. Simply get a piece of Marshmallow and cover it with our dough-like mixture of Inipit. Same thing is applied for the small cake balls but you can tear the medium sized mallows in half. A pack of Inipit Cake Sandwich allows us to produce 8 big balls and 12 small ones!
Put them first in the fridge for about 15 minutes to settle and then proceed to the most interesting part! You can now dip the cake balls to any toppings you want. You can also put the cake pop sticks to the bigger balls and then put them all in the fridge again for 5-10 minutes!
Tadah! You just came up with a wonderful dessert! The Inipit Cake Pops!
And Inipit Cake Balls!
Now here’s the most interesting part, you cannot just have these dessert for yourself but you can also offer it as a gift!
Just get a presentable box, arrange the cake pops creatively….
And there you go! You can give it your friends or love ones! Oh and you can even start a business from here *Ka$$$hing*
