Lactose-Free Milk

Calcium is very important for everyone, especially women and children. But for a lactose intolerant like me, i have difficulty in digesting dairy. that is why i’m very thankful that there are dairy products which are 100% lactose-free. by drinking a lactose-free milk, i get the calcium that i need without the discomfort of milk products. Most Lactose-free milk are still rich in calcium and vitamin D with protein, vitamin A and other nutrients. It’s wholesome and delicoious for the whole family.

I used this lactose-free milk in my recipe and all my favorite foods such as fluffy banana pancakes served with maple syrup, caramelized bananas, butter and pecans. Yummy and tempting!

Nowadays, there's practically everything for anything. Substitutes are always available for those that may have lacked so no one will be put at a disadvantage.

"Calcium for strong bones and strong teeth", so the Ads jingled!

thanks for the visit BD27. Hope you and the whole family are safe from the catastrophe.
