Slowdown Issues

So far, I have nothing to complain with my current ISP (Internet Service Provider) and even though i am not using a DSL connection at home , i am still satisfied with the speed that I currently have. For the Php999 Plan, it’s not bad to reach a download speed of 1.5 to 1.8 Mbps.Photobucket It is very ideal enough to support my daily blogging activities. I rarely experience some buffering when i watch streaming videos and in fact, I can load 3 to 5 YouTube videos at the same time without ease. Oh well, I am a very satisfied subscriber indeed and I have been their customer for like 15 months now (Actually i’m aiming to get some freebies from them haha). Anyway, since i am also working in an ISP company, i know that one of the most common problems of an internet subscriber is the slow speed connection. As an internet user myself, i know how it feels and how frustrating it would if you’re not getting the right speed for your connection so i can’t blame them they are so upset (in a point that they’re shouting over the phone and blaming you for everything hehe). Well, if it has nothing to deal with a server or network interruption, then most likely the problem can be solve on the customer’s end. Keep in mind that there are so many reason why you’re getting this slowdown issues. It might be your browser or some hardware and software issues. Learn how to optimize your browser and perform it as regular as you can. You simply have to clear your browsing history, empty the cache and delete your cookies. This may not solve your slowdown issues completely but it may provide some sort of improvement to your browser’s performance. You can download some PC cleaners to clean your registry. There are some software that can improve your PC performance and keep your computer away from those malicious software that may harm or affect the speed of your Internet.

of course we first will blame the ISP, but there are also traffic congestion and even the PC problem that causes the slowdown..
