☺ Caloric needs decrease with age. At 65, women need 1,600 to 1,800; men, 2,400 to 2,600 calories daily.

☺Quit smoking, or at least cut down.

☺ Drink alcohol only in moderation. It is bad for arthritis,over weight and cardiovascular diseases.

☺Exercise regularly and moderately.

☺Eat plenty of protein, iron, ascorbic acid, and calcium. Cut down on butter , fats and oil.

☺Above all, try to be younger at heart.
