    brainwave entrainment? di ko pa narinig yan. sobrang high tech na siguro yan. basta ako, sometimes, I try to solve those sudoku puzzles on the newspaper while traveling on the train. nakaka improve din ng IQ yung mga puzzles na yan kasi. 🙂
