Villa Colmenar Natural Spring Resort in Indang – A Mini-Santorini in Cavite

Villa Colmenar in Indang, Cavite is dubbed as Cavite’s very own mini Santorini.
Interestingly, Villa Colmenar is not a newly-established resort. The resort was publicly opened since 1990 but the recent restoration transformed Villa Colmenar into a Santorini-inspired summer attraction. Villa Colmenar wonderfully captured the iconic white and blue color scheme similar to the famous Santorini of Greece. It may not look exactly the same as the Santorini but this place is undeniably Instagram-worthy.
The super-spacious resort comes with five large pools. To top it all, Villa Colmenar is a natural spring resort which makes their pools chemical-free and absolutely safer than most of the modern resorts we have today. The pools are ranging from 3 to 8ft deep and each has its own lifeguard. They are also the only resort in the area that offers free aqua Zumba classes every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 am.
The resort welcomes you with a beautiful landscape. Every corner is undeniably picture-worthy. Above all, the resort is surprisingly affordable. Currently, based on their official Facebook page, here are the following rates:

The Largest pool comes with diving boards (with lifeguards)
The place also has a grotto, an oval for morning jogs, and also has its own basketball court, and the rooms are fully air-conditioned with free wi-fi access.
There is also a picturesque area decorated with colorful umbrellas! Definitely Instagram-worthy!
The resort has many clean restrooms, shower areas and a couple of stores where you can buy swimming gears and wears. It comes with spacious parking lots too.

How to Get to Villa Colmenar in Indang, Cavite via Public Transportation
►If you are coming from Manila, go to PITX terminal and ride a bus bound to Indang, Cavite and it will drop you off to the Town Plaza. Ride a Jeep (located near the Jollibee Indang) bound to Alfonso Cavite and tell the driver to drop you off to Villa Colmenar.

That looks like an amazing Filipino resort. I didn’t get to go to resorts when I lived in the Philippines. And there were so many places I didn’t get to visit. It would be fun to visit Villa Colmenar at some point. Hopefully, I can go back to the Philippines in the future.
