A Relaxing Staycation At Parque España Residence Hotel in Alabang

Located at the heart of Alabang in Muntinlupa city lies a Residence hotel of Parque España which offers a homey atmosphere like no other. The hotel remained faithful with their taglineMi Casa Es Tu Casa which basically means “My home is your home”. Staying in this hotel feels like staying at your own home. Packed with complete living amenities, overwhelming customer service and state of the art facilities, Parque España Residence Hotel is indeed an ideal place to stay. I was grateful enough to spend my weekend here with my mom and it’s probably one of the best staycations we had in a long time!

Parque España Residence Hotel is located at 5309 East Asia Drive, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It’s just few minutes away from the Metro. The building is within the Filinvest area and since my mom and I had to commute from Cavite, we were dropped off to Alabang Town Center. It’s actually a walking distance but we decided to ride a trike and the driver took us to the nearest gas station (trikes and other passenger vehicles are not allowed within the Filinvest area except E-jeepneys). We later learned that we can actually call the hotel from their concierge in ATC to pick us up (with no charge!!)

We were warmly greeted by their crew in the reception area. The building has 19 floors and is composed of 126 spacious rooms and other facilities which includes a roof top pool and restaurant. Our room was at the 18th floor. It’s a “One Bedroom Deluxe” room which is good for two but is actually spacious enough to throw a party haha. Seriously, we were surprised to see how spacious our room was. The 55 Square meter room is complete with all the living amenities you need.

The room features an electronic door lock system and we were given this e-card along with our stubs for the hotel’s complementary breakfast for two and also our wifi-details. Take note that they only allow one device per wifi access (so my mom and I were using two different wifi codes for our device). *For multiple devices, you can actually avail their additional Wifi Internet Access for Php100 daily charge)

It feels like home indeed! We were welcomed by a very spacious dining area. The design of the room features both old Spanish-inspired theme with modern and contemporary approach in it. The room is filled with tropical colors which makes the room bright and airy even without turning the light fixtures on.

You can also spot the safety equipment like the Fire extinguisher and an emergency flash light mounted on the wall.

The kitchen area is possibly one of the best things about Parque España Residence Hotel (PERH). My mom was so thrilled to see a fully equipped kitchen. It comes with various complementary amenities that you will never expect to any standard hotel rooms (take note, this is just their standard room yet they offer generous amount of equipment and amenities for the visitors’ own convenience).

Other complementary items that you can request includes additional pats and pans, coffee maker, oven toaster, and additional flatwares, Chinaware and glassware.

Later that night, we got a surprise visitor! Just kidding, it was Jordan of PERH who warmly welcome us! I just love the treatment they were giving us! Their staffs are so accommodating and very approachable. Sir Jordan gave us a complementary gift which simple made our day. Just in case you don’t know Parque España Residence Hotel is being managed by Hospitality Innovators, Inc (Hii) and PERH is just one of the many properties they managed. PERH has been managed by HII since 1999.

Parque Espana indeed looks like an excellent option, even when it comes to the most demanding clients. I personally like the interior most, the Spanish style. Dining area and the additional amenities made me very satisfied. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Alabang.

I really like the way the apartment is spaced out, with that beautiful and large dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Having dinner is probably the most important time of the day for a family, as that is when all the members come together so it’s great that they thought about this when they designed the hotel. The colors of the room are really nice as well, they definitely lift up your mood, especially the yellow shades which remind of sunshine. The pool from the rooftop is such a nice add-on and the view from up there is superb.

Staycations are the best and it’s awesome that you got to take this one with you mom! I totally agree that the hotel looks more like a home than hotel and I love all the details they’ve put into design and color!

I miss doing staycations like this. My last one was in Subic. Parque España looks so cozy that I want to visit here but it’s just too far away from us. I guess I need to book another hotel soon for the family’s staycation.

Wow! This is really nice and I would love to stay here. I normally prefer a one bedroom suite as a minimum (though it’s more expensive) because I love to keep my privacy whenever I have guests visiting my hotel room.

However, seeing the dining area and the sink — got me really excited. Will definitely consider Parque Espana once we’re back in Manila.

Weeee! I’ve stayed here too last year. I just love their spacious units/rooms and how complete a room can be. I just wish I could have stayed longer, I would like to try cooking in a hotel room somehow. Those colorful furniture truly is so relaxing to look at. ?

Looks like they treated you like a king! I like their concept – My home is your home! I wouldn’t want to step out. Love the unique interior design of stripes and colors. Lovely place – hope it is in affordable luxury category.

We were supposed to have a staycation before here too but didn’t get the chance because of our busy schedule. Anyway, I have to agree with you that the room is quite spacious. The spaciousness, color scheme, and interior design makes it looks like home if not better than home. How I wish their internet allows more than two devices as other hotels allow such. Those who may need to work needs multiple devices. Love how detailed you are with your post by the way.

Wow! I love all the photos and how cozy it looks! Some hotels really are good at giving that home-y experience for you. It’s also interesting that these days some hotels make their concept more and more comfortable so that you can do everything inside your hotel room.

It looks a little utilitarian but otherwise nice. I haven’t been there but who knows, maybe I will 🙂
