Via Dolorosa: Ang Landas ng Pagdurusa – A Lenten Exhibit in Tanza, Cavite

The Resurrection Parish and the Camarera de Julugan in Tanza, Cavite recently organized a week-long Lenten exhibit showcasing different life-sized processional images depicting the Passion of Christ, His trials, and His death. The exhibit is entitled Via Dolorosa: Ang Landas ng Pagdurusa. The images were displayed in Antero Soriano Basketball Court in Julugan, Tanza that officially opened last April 2 and was concluded on April 7, 2022.

Organizing a Lenten exhibit has become a yearly tradition in the parish showcasing a collection of beautiful processional images that are well-cared by their respective camareros. Last year, i was able to attend their All Saints Day exhibit (Check: I Believe in the Communion of Saints: An All Saints Day Exhibit) and most of the images from this recently concluded Lenten exhibit were notably the same except that they were vested differently.
